How does this service work?
You select the movies you would like to see and put them in a queue called My Queue. You'll then receive your selected titles depending on your plan. We'll include a postage-paid mailer, so once you're done with your selections, just drop the discs in any mailbox. When we receive your returned DVD(s), we'll ship your next selection(s).
What's My Queue?
My Queue is an ordered list of movies you would like to rent. This list grows with as many movies as you put into it, so the more titles you have in your Queue, the greater the likelihood that you will always have the full number of discs out (according to your pricing plan).
Movies will be sent to you according to rank and availability. The number one slot will always have priority over the number two slot in your Queue . If number one happens to be unavailable, we'll get you number two... and so on. The order of your Queue will determine which movies get shipped out to you first.
How much is it to join ?
- 6 Inches $14.99/month
With the 6 inch plan, you can have 1 movie out at a time.
- 7 Inches $25.99/month
With the 7 inch plan, you can have up to 2 movies out at a time.
- 8 Inches $36.99/month
With the 8 inch plan, you can have up to 3 movies out at a time.
- 9 Inches $44.99/month
With the 9inch plan, you can have up to 4 movies out at a time.
- 10 Inches $59.99/month
With the 10 inch , you can have up to 6 movies out at a time.
You may change your service at any time. If you upgrade, you will only be billed the difference in plans. If you downgrade, like cancellations, you will not receive a refund for the partially used month.

How do I rent a movie?
Once you've found a movie you'd like to rent, just click on the rent button, and the movie will be put into your queue. You may then reorder your queue as much as you wish
How long can I keep a movie?
You can keep a movie for as long as you want without late fees, or any other penalties.
Why Didn't I Get My Top Choice?
We do our best to send your movies in roughly the order listed in your queue. We also ship out the same afternoon we receive your returns. However, due to the popular demand of some titles, you may get some selections from lower in your list than expected. It's therefore very important to list a decent number of titles and add fresh selections whenever you make returns. To simplify this process, we have a scoring system - just add DVDs until your queue score is above the threshold.
What if I don't receive a movie?
Ordinarily, you should receive your titles within 2-4 days. Give it a couple days for weather and acts of God, and if it still hasn't arrived, please notify us and we'll send you another.
Theft will not be tolerated. If this becomes more than an rare occurrence, we will be forced to suspend your account and charge you for the missing movies.

We only ship within the United States... and within that, there are some restrictions.

How to I cancel my account?
Call us or email us indicating your name and plan. Cancellations are subject to the Service Terms and Conditions. Subscriber may cancel online anytime. Cancellations take effect immediately. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months of use. All rented movies must be returned to Tropixxx Video within 1 week of cancellation.
After Cancellation any unreturned rentals will be subject to Tropixxx Video restocking fees based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for the DVD.
